Meet the Team
at Wesley Place

Our Leadership and Residency Team
Our team members are here to guide individuals and families as they explore life at Wesley Place. They are available to answer questions, provide information about living options and help you understand the process of becoming a resident.

Hubert Paul
Hubert Paul is a veteran of the U.S. armed services. Serving in the 82nd Airborne Division, he trained with British and American Special Forces units, with his primary duties being those of Military Intelligence/Communications. He has approximately 30 years of work experience in the long term care field, with 15 of those years serving as Executive Director/Administrator, primarily in Florida. Hubert came on board at Wesley Place on Honeysuckle in August of 2024. His hobbies include spending time with the Holy Spirit, fishing, and his two Rotties, Rock and Apollo.

Vivian Readus
Vivian is the administrator of the residential side of Wesley Place, overseeing Assisted Living and Specialty Care Assisted Living (SCALF/Memory Care). She works closely with residents, families, and the care teams, ensuring residents thrive in environments designed to meet their unique physical, emotional, and cognitive needs. Vivian joined the Methodist Homes team in 1990, and held various positions since her employment, including classroom instructor, director of resident services, marketing director, EVS director and assistant administrator. She has held her ALF/SCALF administrator's license since 2003. Your loved one is in capable hands.

Ciji Serdula
Ciji has a love for helping others and is the marketing and admissions guru of Wesley Place as its Director of Business Development. She grew up in Hartford, attended what is now known as Florida Panhandle Technical College, and was licensed as an LPN in 2008. She has held various roles in long term care since then, ranging from charge nurse at the bedside, MDS, Staff Development, discharge planning, and case management. More than 15 years of Ciji’ s experience has been with Wesley Place on Honeysuckle. In her spare time, Ciji enjoys spending time with her husband Ryan and their four children, and running.

Angela Weed
Angela is the Director of Nursing at Wesley Place. Her exposure to caregiving occurred early in life as her family cared for an elderly grandfather. The experience reinforced what she had always known: Angela wanted to be a nurse. She graduated from Carroll High School in Ozark, and earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Troy University. She believes Wesley Place’s household model of care truly sets it apart.
“The community model in general where the resident is able to direct their care and their activities, what they want to eat, it really, truly does make long-term care look and feel more like home.”
