A Household Model of Care
Wesley Place on Honeysuckle was the first senior living community in Alabama to implement the Action Pact household model of care across all levels of service. This approach replaces traditional institutional layouts with smaller household neighborhoods designed to feel more like home.
Within each household, residents share comfortable living spaces such as kitchens, dining areas and living rooms while receiving support from familiar caregivers. Daily routines unfold naturally, allowing residents to choose how they spend their time while remaining connected to neighbors and staff who know them well. By creating smaller neighborhoods, residents and caregivers build meaningful relationships and care feels personal as life continues at a familiar pace.
